Services
The services and plans published on the site are indicative. Effective contracting is formalized through a proposal signed by both parties, which prevails over the conditions described here.
Pricing and invoicing
Prices shown do not include VAT unless expressly stated. Invoicing is monthly in advance for recurring services and by milestones for development projects.
Cancellation
Recurring services have no lock-in. They can be cancelled with 30-day notice by either party, with no penalty.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared during the professional relationship, even after it ends.
Jurisdiction
For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
